This fast paced, highly collaborative endeavor supported our client's vision to provide their top talent a sophisticated, yet energetic environment. Their story came to life with a spacious open plan work environment within 125,000 s.f. on five floors.  Each unique area could support private, focused meetings as well as tech talks, hackathons and new hire training in a vibrant, yet casual, atmosphere. Other amenities included zen rooms,  patio lounges alongside espresso bars which were distributed amongst floors as well as a full service cafeteria on the top floor with sweeping views of Silicon Valley.

Our team received the AIA-SCV Merit Award for Interior Architecture in October 2014.

Accenture Technology Labs
Silicon Valley Customer Center

As a global consulting and technology research firm it was imperative for our valued, long-term client to refresh their current real estate located in downtown San Jose. The design challenge was to promote a flexible environment to enhance the ATL customer demonstration experience as well as provide focused work-settings that would inspire both the ATL research team and Accenture consulting teams that already resided in this vibrant urban location. The project was phased over 18 months and incorporated 40,000 s.f. over 2 floors within a notable high-rise. The project budget came in below the target.

Nvidia Corporation
Santa Clara, CA

I have personally planned, designed and managed over 100 projects for Nvidia Corporation over the past 15 years throughout North America.  As a leader in graphics processing units for the PC, gaming and mobile technology it is important for my valued client to constantly refresh their expansive real estate portfolio of over 1,000,000 s.f. in an expedited and cost-effective approach.

The profiled tenant improvement project of 40,000 s.f.,  completed in 2014, is an example of a more recent refresh project within one of Nvidia's more "vintage" real estate holdings in Silcon Valley.  This project marked an evolution of how Nvidia would embrace a more communal and lively workplace.
